We are a Cambridge-based multi-trade contractor. We take on priced packages, overflow work, snagging and remedial works, and pre-handover finishing, and we arrange our own plant hire so we are not waiting on equipment.
We work to your drawings, specification and programme, and price labour-only or supply-and-fit, with plant listed separately so you can compare like for like.

Yes. We price labour-only or supply-and-fit, depending on the package.
Do you provide plant?
Yes. We arrange our own plant hire and list it separately in the quote.
Are you CIS registered?
Yes. AB Building & Renovations Ltd is CIS and VAT registered.
What insurance do you hold?
We hold public liability insurance of £5 million and can send the certificate with our company documents.
Where do you work?
Cambridgeshire and the surrounding counties, with selected projects in London.
Can you send company documents?
Yes. We can send our capability statement and company documents for your supplier onboarding.
