What would you like done?

Guide prices are for a typical job in London and Cambridge with standard access. Luxury, Signature and Essential use the same scope; the finish and materials change. Signature is the option most customers choose. Prices include VAT at 20% unless shown otherwise. Your fixed price is confirmed in writing after the site visit. In London, parking and the Congestion Charge are added at cost where there is no parking at the property.

How accurate is the guide price?

It is based on our own prices for typical jobs of that size. Your fixed price comes after the site visit, once we have measured and checked the details.

What happens at the site visit?

We measure, check the details and answer your questions. Your fixed written quote follows within 48 hours, and you decide in your own time.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes. Guide prices include VAT at 20%, and the price box also shows the figure before VAT.

What is the difference between Luxury, Signature and Essential?

The work is the same. The finish and materials change: Essential uses good-value products, Signature uses mid-range branded products and is the option most customers choose, and Luxury uses high-end ranges.

How much is the deposit?

We take a 30% deposit to book your start date. The rest is paid in stages, set out in your written quote.

Are you insured?

Yes. AB Building & Renovations Ltd holds public liability insurance of £5 million.
